I've quit, I hit 12 days. That was enough for me. I'll probably do another cycle in January, I have tons left...
my diet went pretty much as written, except one day that I attended a Christmas party, and another where I went for a nice dinner - both of which were occasions of massive pigging out
I got headaches occasionally, but ibuprofen and sinutab took it away...
dO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF GATORADE!!! Gatorade is your friend
Drink at least a glass or two a day, it's high in carbs and potassium and replaces the electrolytes you lose when you sweat.
FRUIT is like magic while on DNP - if you're feeling lethargic, try a piece of fruit. It makes you perk up almost instantly.
ACTIVITY - keep it to a minimum. I couldn't imagine working out, I could barely do an afternoon of shopping with my mother without wanting to drop dead afterwards.
Don't know how much fat I've lost - I'll be bloated for another few days.
