My DNP Cycle

I hope everyone can look past their initial prejudices and not flame this post. I'm using DNP. If you don't want to, fair enough, but don't flame me for it. I've been researching DNP for over a year now, and I think I'm ready.

I'm posting this to try to give people a real life example of someone using DNP. There's a lot of opinion mixed with fact about this drug, and I believe it can be used safely, with the proper knowledge and supplements.

Please note I do not condone or reccomend the use of DNP, So don't take this as a reccomendation.

Anyway, i'm on Day 3 now and here's how it's going so far:

Day 1 - 200mg taken at 12:00pm. No real difference today, later on I felt some short bursts of heat.

Day 2 - 200mg taken at 12:00pm. Again no significant temperature change. Got a bit hot after eating but that's all. I was very tired before bed.

Day 3 - 200mg taken at 12:00pm. I felt very weak and tired this morning, soon perked up after some food and water. I Started getting quite hot this afternoon. I went to the gym at 7:00 for a hour - did 15 minutes cardio and 40 minutes on the weights (lighter weights than normal). I Felt pretty exhausted after the gym, but i'm ok now, just a little warm.
I'm taking another 200mg cap at 10:00pm to bring my daily total up to 400mg, and I plan to keep at 400mg for another 6 days.

The supplements I'm taking are:

Multivitamin
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
ALA
Calcium
Magnesium
V8 Juice (disgusting!)
Loads of water

I'll post again tomorrow.

man, I couldn't handle 600mg for five days. That'll put hair on your chest.

Not sure if i'll be going up to 600mg/day. I'll have to see what the heat is like on 400mg first.

Dial tone, satch, or anyone with experience, how long does it take to start seeing results? I know that it'll cause some water retention.

the key is to space out the doses.
200mg when waking up, 200mg in late afternoon, 200mg pre bedtime.

i find that works out great, and with only 25mg efedrine and some ventolins energy levels are stable.

a mistake i made during my first dnp run was that i took the full dose in one time.

the total body level of any drug is double the dose taken during a period equal to the elimination half life of the drug

dnp has an elimination half life of 36 hours. if you were taking 200mg/day, then per 36hours you are taking 300mg, and so according to the above formula, your total theoretical max body level of the drug is 600mg.

if you are dosing 400mg/day obviously total body levels of the drug will be 1200mg, and if you are dosing 600mg/day then it is 1800mg.

please keep this in mind when you are using dangerous drugs. increasing your dose by a mere 200mg a day will increase your total body level by 600mg.

i think people should be able to do what they want, so what can i say about using this drug? as a professional im supposed to say NO DONT USE IT but as a human i reckon if you want to do it, well the choice is yours, as are the consequences, and i hope it works out for the best. i would strongly, strongly advocate splitting your doses up as much as possible (if you can get 100mg caps then use those 6x a day rather than using 200mg caps 3x a day, or even worse, 600mg in one go.

something i did not see in your supplement list is glycerol (aka glycerin, you can buy it at the supermarket) this product is a carbohydrate which, when ingested, has fantastic vascular hydrating properties (ie you hydrate the blood, rather than the peripheral tissues, which is what is important. its really cheap, and id strongly reccommend that you go and get some. if it means anything to you, it is carried by firefighters/people who work in hot environments in heavy suits to help keep improve hydration.

all the best

Thanks, what dose do you reccomend for the Glycerol?

ok there are a few studies out there, itll take some time to review them, and it seems that the amount of water ingested at the time of the dose is important because you can shift fluid around the body, resulting in local dehydration, particularly the brain, causing headaches etc

it might take me a little time to get a decent answer for you, but i think some people here (esp the runners and cyclists) could give you a good idea of what dose to use in the meantime

Day 4 - 200mg at 12:00pm, and 200mg at 9:30pm.

I was very warm and sweaty today. I feel better after eating, like I have energy for a while. I'm sleeping with a fan on me tonight.

Got hold of some glycerol and took 2 tablespoons.

Still not seeing any obvious results, can anyone tell me how long it takes to see results?

youll see most of the results about a week after you stop the drug. youll be holding same water while youre on it.

if you were super lean then youll be seeing results straight away

Day 5 - 200mg at 12:00pm, and 200mg at 9:30pm.

Very very hot today. I was sweating like crazy, even when I was just lying down. Any excercise seems like a chore, even walking.

Got sugar cravings later on, and I gave in a drank some pepsi. Man this stuff can fuck up your routine, just hope it's worth it!

seems like the night sweats are managable at 400mg or less.
at 600mg, sweating quite ferotiously (misp??)/

Yeah it's not too bad. I'm sitting in work and it's quite hot outside, but i'm managing. I'm sweating but not so you could really tell from looking at me.

I'm not planning on going over 400mg/day. I can function normally - work, eating excercise etc.

i still havnt gone through that data, if youre super keen i will

2 tablespoons is a bit much

there was one method used by cyclists where they took 100ml glycerol in one hit but had to drink 2L water (half gallon) in 30 minutes, and many complained of gastrointestinal upset and nausea.

id probably take 1 tablespoon and a good 500ml of water or more, a couple of times a day.

i have used glycerol like that before, and wow does it make your veins pop up

dont use it if you have a preexisting heart or blood pressure condition without talking to your doctor, by the way

cheers

at 400mg a day, fatigue isnt a major problem. but at 600mg you will need some efed/ventos to wake your ass up.

Day 6 - 200mg at 12:00pm, and 200mg at 9:30pm.

Still very hot today. I'm sweating like crazy, and i'm just sitting down all day! Any excercise seems like a chore, can't bring myself to go to the gym.

Now I'm really craving food, although I'm not really eating any more than I usually would.
