I'm just recovering from a hernia op and have had 6 weeks off the gym. To put it blunt I look like shit. my diet went to shit which I totally regret now and I have gained quite alot of fat and lost a lot of muscle!!
I want to train natural for a few weeks then hit up a new cycle. i'm just not sure whether to bulk or cut becuase if I bulk I'm worried the fat wont come off and if I cut Im worried the muscle will never come back.
Do you guys think if I go back to eating clean but a fair amount of cals the fat will just fall off anyway due to the shock to the body and the muscle memory will kick in??
