My diet while im on cycle. Take a look.

Being a student its sometimes hard to get eating time. I have the following schedual setup for my upcoming cycle. What do you guys think? What should I add or take out?

8:30-(Wake up) Protein shake(optimium)W/1/4 cup oats mixed in.

9:15- 10 egg whites(2 yokes), 2 piece of toast(whole weat), 1/2 cup Oats

11:15-Can tuna, 4 tablespoons peanutbutter, Piece of toast

12:00- 2 Chicken breast, Pasta(whole wheat),

2:10- Chicken breast or Tuna burger(uses 2 cans), pasta (high carbs)

3:30-5:00 PUMP UP

5:10- Post workout shake and fruit.

6:00- Ground beef, steak or chicken breast (one of them), Pasta or sweet potato

8:30- bowl of cereal (kashi go lean crunch, fiberone), PBjelly sandwich(all natural)

9:30- Shake before bed.

Im super picky on what I like to eat. I force feed myself. How does this look? Suggestions, comments?
 
looks pretty damn good... im on the eating every 1.5 -2 hours now that im on cycle. about how many cals do u think your takin in. hey good luck on that cycle bro, just started mine as well :)
 
Pasta and diet are two different things :) LOL you cant stack the two :) replace with rice or buckwheat. I`d get rid of potatoes too.
I personally love pasta but its the best way to get fat, no thanks.
 
are you bulking? lol....looks good....when you say protein shake w/ 1/4 cup oatmeal mixed in..is that in the shake?? how do you like that?

I'd have too agree unless it's a bulking diet, then anything goes!
 
I always throw oats in my morning shake, it's great! Blend them up first for about 10 seconds.

One scoop Caesin ON
One scoop Whey ON
One splenda
5 egg whites
1/2 cup raw oats
1 tbsp Natty PB :p

wow...im gonna vomit...lol...ratios?
 
Well...Yes I am bulking. I guess I can mix in some type of rice or other source of carbs. I thought sweet potatoes were good carbs. As for the oats and shakes....Yes I mix them. I dont cook the oats. I just throw them in the blender with my shake I sometimes add a teaspoon of peanut butter. It makes them taste great. Almost like a oatmeal cookie. I love it.

so rice or buckweat? Ill give it a try. What other goods carbs should I throw in? do you think I have enough carbs tho? As for pasta... I eat 2 servings. 1 serving is...34g carb, 9g protein, 13g fiber, 1g fat. Seems low in fat.
 
When I am on a bulking cycle I like Ice Cream, pizza, and cheeseburgers. It works as long as you hit the gym hard. And take the right supplements. When it comes time to cut up, it's rice,tuna,chicken (not fried) and grapefruit for me. But that's just me.

Sweet potatoes are good carbs. They are pretty low in the glycemic index.

Yes both are better than pasta. pasta is those who doesnt watch diet at all, bulking. it all depends on your goals. Want to get big? Take as much rice and buckwheat as you can, trust me you wont need protein, only high amounts of rice plus some protein and you will grow VERY well. Some gues dont realise that carbs much more important than protein. For example I was taking crazy dosages of steroids and lots of protein but if its only 100g of carbs a day you wont be able to grow. It wasnt my goal though but its noticeable, without carbs - no growth.
