my diet what do u think..

im still a newbie when it comes to putting my own diet together but i tried..im 5'2 115 lbs goals r getting tighttt n toned..go to the gym 4x week..please feel free to add anything in or change it up a bit thnx a lot

meal 1-egg white omlette with oatmeal
meal 2-chicken breast with brown rice
meal 3-lean steak with yams
meal 4-grilled chicken with salad and a tblsp. of olive oil and white vinegar as dressing
meal 5-chicken with salad
if im unable to eat 5 meals..ill eat 3 and substitute the other w/protein shakes..like i said help me out if ude like..
 
Smaller more frequent meals will help supress appetite and binge eating. Calculate your metabolic rate taking into account excercise and other activities and then deduct 300-400 calories.
Once done take the total of the amount calculated and split into 6 meals. Supplement with essential fatty acids and keep normal fat intake very low. MCT is also very good.

You are aiming to keep protein intake high. Also After the gym consume on top of all other meals a protein shake with 50 grams of protein and minimal carbs.
