The guy tries to sound like he's black from the ghetto. It's an insult to both blacks and whites. Phoney mother fucker. ANd all the others just like him.

how does a black sound?

You know damn well how the blacks from the ghetto speak. I'm not gonna sugar coat anything. Tell it like it is.

If he's from the same region as people who speak that kinda slang, he's likely to speak it too.

Oh bull shit. I've never heard a white guy talk like that unless he's a wannabe. It would be the same as a black guy who was raised speaking that lingo and dialect trying to sound like a white guy, just to fit in. Be your fucking self, weak ass bastard. Ok, I'm thru ranting. :)

Its too late to disect this. Next time post this in the morning when I'm thinking straight.

All of the white kids listen to that thug shit, yet none of them that I know speak anything like that. I don't get it.

I'm not trying to offend, but it would be like a white guy from the suburbs talking like Cheech and Chong. Certain blacks have their own lingo for whatever reason. To be different than the whites? Or it's just their particular dialect? I don't know. You could say the same thing about whites.

send her to bed bro its late she has school lol,you win 2 times there,u get the computer and dont have to listen to music

Theres was this white guy on my college football team. He was the state Karate champion, but the biggest fucking tool I had ever met at that time. Anytime he got around the black guys, he would try to sound just like them.

I grew up with Mean Joe Green's son. He was one of my brother's best friends and was at our house a lot. He speaks like white guys because that's who he was raised with. He's not being a phoney.

why can't we share our languages? What good purpose does reserving them to ourselves serve? I'm not gonna speculate what's real and fake, but I'm tellin you that this is good stuff... this white boy speaking black lingo thing. See, this is what real diversity is and we should promote this IMO.

Whatever eminem sounds like sure paid off for him $$$.

Maybe he's not too stupid.

And just so noone tries to accuse me of being racist. Would I date a cracker, jigaboo, spic, wop, greaser, chink? Absolutely. I'd date any pretty girl of any color as long as her ideals were similar to mine.

I'm sure the fuck never gonna talk like that. I'd be a phoney if I did. I'm white and was raised in the suburbs watching "Leave it to Beaver" and "Speed Racer." I'm not gonna try to sound like somebody else to try and please them or make them think I'm cool.

And now you see, this is where I prove you wrong. He was not raised in white suburbs, but rather a trailerpark with alot of black people. So it's likely that he'd pick up on the regional slang.

Fuck, I hate saying black, white, mexican people etc. Did god put us into different races so we could categorize ourselves?

Perhaps he really was, I just assume that he's a phoney. And about categorizing people by cultural differences, it's just a fact, people have differences. To deny that is not being realistic.

Goodnight bro! Sometimes we are more like brother and sister. We were both making each other mad earlier but laughing at each other too. I can't wait for her to mature.

All her girl friends are gonna be hitting on you once she gets a little older. You do realize what that means don't you? Will power, my friend. Will power.

i don't think there is such a thing as "talking black" or "sounding black".. he grew up with a lot more diverse group of people you did, and his language reflects that. And of course it is embellished for the sake of selling records.

But besides that, the guy has talent, sit and listen to a few songs, try to sing along.. you'll trip all over yourself.. the dude has what the "black" people would call "flow."

I have no interest in listening to that shit. I hear the words and that's enough for me. You need to come to where I work and tell me that there is no such thing as sounding black. That's like saying there's no such thing as sounding Mexican with an accent. Horseshit.

Biteme, admit it, you're the real slim shady.

While I am not a proponent of suburban white kids acting and talking like they are from the ghetto, I do like Eminem.
The kids up here all act and dress like they are from the ghetto and try to speak their version of ebonics. <readhick/ghetto trash>
It really is amusing.
I pants MJ and all of his friends wherever I see them when their pants are below their asses.
So now I have a bunch of teenagers pulling up their pants and tucking in their shirts when they see me.

Wait that might be sending a disturbing message to people up here.

lol.

typical wasp comments.

how would you feel about your daughter dating a brotha?

I'd rather her date a nice black guy than a white guy like M&M. Hands down.

Is it me or does he just sound like a whiney bitch with his recent lyrics? "Oh, I'm rich and famous but my family life suffers", fuckin tool....

Fuck yeah Tool, they rock.

I bark like a dog when i'm around dogs to make them bark when I (say) "speak". I'm such a tool.

i dig em, great lyricist.
biteme he def grew up in a inner city environment.
dropped out at like 16,

I don't know I like some of his songs - the lullabye one is one of my faves.

I think he could an exception to the rule because of where he was born and raised.

It's kind of like going to England and seeing and hearing black, indian and asian people with a british accent.

Dunno.

LOL - I have to add that I'm doing some work for a guy originally from Georgia.
He has a very thick and flamboyant accent, he's gay and he's black which makes me laugh when you think about comparing him to some of the NY home boys.

I guess what I'm saying is it's hard to fake your hometown accent and loose your local slang.

You don't think his recent releases arent't lame?

I haven't bought an em album since the em show...i download a lot of his freestyles though, that's were he shines...

I'm listening to "Rooster" right now and it affects me on a very basic level. I've killed for no reason and no gain so I'm tortured.

You're a chick so your opinion doesn't matter...J/k. I'm listening to toto's "Africa" right now and consider it 10X better than any fifty skank song

i happen to like his music....so he is white boy rapping, atleast people can understand his lyrics! plus his music seems real and it is not all about bitched and hoes.......

JavaGuru said:
He's still a whiny bicth? Am I wromg?

not at all...that's not how i see him. i try not to get caught up in hype and i just listen to the music. em is tight with rthymes, though some of his shit really sucks. do you like rap at all? if the answer is no, then we can discount your opinion on the em matter

Eminem grew up in a black neighborhood, so naturally he was influenced by the hip hop culture. Who cares if it's "black" (most good music today was originally "black"-influenced anyways); he had enough skill to impress many of his peers, and he was also good enough to get Dr. Dre's attention.
I remember Dre saying something along the lines of "I don't care if you're purple; if you can kick it, I'm workin with you."

Biteme, I'm surprised at your ignorance here.

I have to admit though I hated Eminem when he first came out. I thought pretty much the same thing as biteme does.

But then I actually listened to his music and learned about his background.... I realize more and more as I get older that the world would be a better place if more people opened their minds before their mouths.

I kinda like M'n'M, just because he's an anomaly.
I can't say I like any particular rap singer/artist/whatever. but I like some of their stuff.
What I don't like is when they play it at the gym & that base line intrudes over my MP3, & I gotta turn it up to hear, then I go deaf from my earphone's being too loud.
