hamstershaver said:how does a black sound?
biteme said:The guy tries to sound like he's black from the ghetto. It's an insult to both blacks and whites. Phoney mother fucker. ANd all the others just like him.
Basic_wonder said:I love eminem, his music all seems to talk about alot of the same things I think about ....
ceasar989 said:If he's from the same region as people who speak that kinda slang, he's likely to speak it too.
biteme said:Oh bull shit. I've never heard a white guy talk like that unless he's a wannabe. It would be the same as a black guy who was raised speaking that lingo and dialect trying to sound like a white guy, just to fit in. Be your fucking self, weak ass bastard. Ok, I'm thru ranting.![]()

biteme said:I'm not trying to offend, but it would be like a white guy from the suberbs talking like Cheech and Chong. Certain blacks have their own lingo for whatever reason. To be different than the whites? Or it's just their particular dialect? I don't know. You could say the same thing about whites.
biteme said:Theres was this white guy on my college football team. He was the state Karate champion, but the biggest fucking tool I had ever met at that time. Anytime he got around the black guys, he would try to sound just like them.
ceasar989 said:why can't we share our languages? What good purpose does reserving them to ourselves serve? I'm not gonna speculate what's real and fake, but I'm tellin you that this is good stuff... this white boy speaking black lingo thing. See, this is what real diversity is and we should promote this IMO.
biteme said:I'm sure the fuck never gonna talk like that. I'd be a phoney if I did. I'm white and was raised in the suburbs watching "Leave it to Beaver" and "Speed Racer." I'm not gonna try to sound like somebody else to try and please them or make them think I'm cool.
ceasar989 said:And now you see, this is where I prove you wrong. He was not raised in white suburbs, but rather a trailerpark with alot of black people. So it's likely that he'd pick up on the regional slang.
Fuck, I hate saying black, white, mexican people etc. Did god put us into different races so we could categorize ourselves?
theoak01 said:send her to bed bro its late she has school lol,you win 2 times there,u get the computer and dont have to listen to music
biteme said:Goodnight bro! Sometimes we are more like brother and sister. We were both making each other mad earlier but laughing at each other too. I can't wait for her to mature.
Lestat said:i don't think there is such a thing as "talking black" or "sounding black".. he grew up with a lot more diverse group of people you did, and his language reflects that. And of course it is embellished for the sake of selling records.
But besides that, the guy has talent, sit and listen to a few songs, try to sing along.. you'll trip all over yourself.. the dude has what the "black" people would call "flow."

You're a chick so your opinion doesn't matter...J/k. I'm listening to toto's "Africa" right now and consider it 10X better than any fifty skank songvelvett said:I don't know I like some of his songs - the lullabye one is one of my faves.
I think he could an exception to the rule because of where he was born and raised.
It's kind of like going to England and seeing and hearing black, indian and asian people with a british accent.
Dunno.
LOL - I have to add that I'm doing some work for a guy originally from Georgia.
He has a very thick and flamboyant accent, he's gay and he's black which makes me laugh when you think about comparing him to some of the NY home boys.
.
I guess what I'm saying is it's hard to fake your hometown accent and loose your local slang.
He's still a whiny bicth? Am I wromg?Gambino said:I haven't bought an em album since the em show...i download a lot of his freestyles though, that's were he shines...
