Week 1:
I weighed in at 229 pounds, 6'3 tall, 35 years old.
Day 1:
Injected 500mg/2ml Test-Cyp into my right glute, frontload. And took 10mg dbol morning, 20mg before workout.
The workout was amazing. Psychologically I was at 200%. Been waiting so long to start this cycle, but I felt increased preasure and not to say the least, hunger was through the roof this first week.
Day 2-3:
My glute hurts like fucking hell. Cant sit, cant stand, cant walk, cant do shit. The alcohol mixed into the oil is really punnishing me, however, i know I will get more and more used to it as the cycle continues.
Day 4: 250mg/1ml test-C injected to my left glute. Pain in the right glute is gone.
Increased dbol to 40mg a day. Trying to spread it out 10mg e4hours throughout the day.
Week 2:
Continue to inject 250mg test-cyp twice a week, still on 40mg dbol a day. Started to feel some soreness in my nipples, also felt that they looked a bit puffy, could be psychological, no clue, but started running adex at 0.25mg eod and 20mg nolva ED. Also added 250iu of HCG twice a week, on injection days.
Week 3:
I feel really jacked. Bloodpreasure seems periodicly high, have a lot of tiredness during the day, hard to get my ass out of the house to actually do something, just want to sleep, sleep and sleep. Poped some Clenbuterol 40mcg to get more focused, will continue to do 40mcg for a few days, maybe increase it, maybe stick to it, will see how it goes. Adex 0.5mg EoD this week, Nolva taken at 20mg now and then, feel pretty bloated at times.
Week 4:
Half way into this week now. Weight has gone up by quite a bit, currently weighing in at 246 pounds. That is an increase of 18 pounds in 3 weeks. I am not very bloated either.
My body looks a lot harder, I feel I am expanding and the guys at the gym are starting to pay attention to it. Feels good.
Sleep at night has been an issue over the last weeks. I have stoped taking dbol at night, i make sure that its gone from my system by the time i hit the sack, I also need some sleeping aid to fall into the coma, once I am sleeping, nothing can wake me up. 10-12 hours of sleep has been possible at least 4 days of every week, sometimes sleep is down to 7 hours, those were the days when i went around feeling tired all day.
My diet has not been the very best of what it can be, however, I have focused on getting enough protein and fat, carbs are mainly eaten after workout and it has resulted in an incredible pump late nights.
I cant wait for what will happen the next 8 weeks...
