My cycle log

Hey guys just thought I'd start a log for my upcoming cycle In a week's time. Have put on 22lbs natty this year and now taking it to the next level.

Ok so only a few more days and I'm set to go. Just wanted to know your opinion on the best way/ time of day to split the dbol, n2, aro etc everyone has different ways

Started cycle today feeling great and keen to see my body change over the upcoming weeks. I'll log my progress at the end of each week

Hey guys so week 1 finished today I started at 194lbs and up to 198lbs after 1 week. Strength has stayed the same so far and just started to visually see bit more pump today. Will log results end of each week :)

Chest and bicep day today was great first day ive noticed strength increase and I had some insane strength today felt like superman in the gym today heavier weights on everything was very impressed :)

2nd week finished weighing in at 201.5lbs so 3.5lbs up since last week. Getting a lil moody a snappy last couple days and a bit of acne on shoulders other then that all is well :)

Week 3 finished weighed in at 205lbs that's 3.5lbs up since last week loving it. Gains are very dry no bloat at all but muscles are looking pumped n swollen :) 1 more week left on dbol kickstart

Off the dbol now dropped 2lbs tell me what you guys think so far. Any areas lacking. All comments n advice welcome

Umm not sure on my calorie intake etc I don't count I just force food down. I'll give an example of my diet.

Meal 1

6 full eggs, 2 slices of wholemeal bread, protein shake with 8oz of milk

Meal 2

Wholemeal pasta with chicken, banana

Meal 3

Brown rice or pasta with chicken, handfull of nuts

Meal 4

2 bananas, protein shake

Pre workout

40g pure carbs, beta alanine, Jack3d

Post workout

40g pure carbs, protein shake

Meal 5

2 steaks with rice and green veg

Meal 6

250g cottage cheese

Drinking lots of water

I dont really see anything wrong with your diet bro. I do think you should spend $20-25 on a digital food scale and weigh your meats. So you know exactly what your getting protein wise. Theres alot of open space there where you dont have numbers like 6oz chicken or 11 oz ect. These things make an enormous difference in getting 250g protein on a given day and 425g.

Yeah I might do that. When I say chicken I usually have about 300g each meal and steaks with tea around 500g. Anything else you would add to the diet?

Nahh it looks real solid bro. Maybe a scoop of casein before bed is about all I could add maybe. Good job bro.

Yeah you need to weigh it out. 2 steaks means nothing.

He's right bro....just make sure your getting a minumum 300g protein. 350+ would be better. Your like 205, so going over 400 would just be a waste IMHO. You'll just shit it all out.

Week 5 finished had dropped bit of water weight from the dbol was at 205lbs and went to 200lbs. Now getting back up sitting at 202lbs feeling good just starting to feel the test now so hoping for more strength pretty soon. By my above pics what would u say my body fat % is at?

Hey bros bit of an update starting to feel really sttrong in the gym today I killed it and was so focussed. Up to 207lbs which I'm very happy with after loosing a bit of water after I got off the dbol. 6wks in and I've gained 13lbs, starting winny in 2 wks

I had a lil acne come up but its pretty much gone now other then that had itchy nips one day n haven't had it since

Ah not too bad. Would the acne be off the dbol? i had teen acne across my back for years its clear now but i still get odd beasty zit sometimes so hope i dont get coverd when i start my 1st cycle nxt year.

Not sure man cuda been the test more so but I started tanning n got an acne wash n got on Accutane n cleared up really well

Half way bro but starting my winny wks 9-14 instead of 7-12

Lol I've been slack with updating works been intense. Ok so I've dropped a bit of water weight and sitting at 203lbs I started my winny a few days ago (late due to a few problems) feeling really good eating at a maintenence level with my diet. My bodyfat is going down and body is starting to shape nicely. Looking to stay around the same weight n get the body fat a lil lower but any size increase I'm fine with.

I'd say you were around 9-10% in your first progress pic - and 8-9% in your latest pic.

Is this your first cycle? Why the dbol and winny and not just test?

Thanks bro , i thought i might of been about 11% body fat. I've done a couple winny only courses n this is first time with test. Chose dbol as a kicker to get gains while the test kicks in n the winny to clean up gains a bit
