Stats before first pin:
23 years old 6'3 210 lbs at 12% bf
Initial plan was a 16 week cycle
Week 1-16 sus 250 @ 500mg/week
Week 1-16 eq 200 @ 600 mg/week
Week 10-16 tren 75mg eod
Arimidex from day 1
Pct forma stan and nolva @ 20mg ed
Letro on hand, since I'm sensitive to gyno.
Due to my biggest nightmare of gyno this cycle took a huge turn.
By week 6 I was at my strongest, benching 405 twice and 315 7 times.
Big size difference in arms , shoulders, chest, back and legs.
I included cardio a couple times a week, and I was building massive lean muscle. I was lovin it.
Stat at week 6
225 lbs at 10% bf
Then ... One morning gyno struck.
Sensitivity and a good size lump under and around the nipple.
I was very surprised to see that since I was doing everything according to the book as I should say.
But anyways, I didn't want to kill my cycle so I decided to make some changes
Since gyno
Week 6 I decreased as follows:
Sus to 400mg/week
Eq to 400mg/week
Week 7 i started letro at .5 per day
I also decided that tren is a terrible Idea and I decided on masteron instead as more of a lean approach.
Gyno was suppressed but not gone.
Entering week 9 (present time)
Stats 225lbs 9% bf
I started masteron at 300mg/week
And forma stan 2 to 3 times a day.
I also up'd letro to .5 am and .5 pm.
Still more gyno
I'm debating dropping the sus to 250 a week to see if gyno will go away or not.
Wat do u guys think?
I'm gunna run masteron and eq all the way thru with forma and letro as well.
Pct ill continue forma with nolva at 20mg and if gyno is still there letro as well.
