Hey guys.
My goal of this plan is to have me cut by summer vacation, dry and vascular, all by june 26th, at 6ft 190lb 6%bf
I started cutting 2.5 weeks ago, and i started at 6ft 215lbs, , at 13%bf, kinda wattered with dbol. Now i have been doing 30 min jogs 5 x a week in the Am on empty stomach and eca for 2.5 weeks now. I am now sitting 202lbs 10%bf. I am consuming 500 cals below maintenance also.
I am currenty on, and have been since cutting with:
25mg winny ed
35mg test prop eod
35mg fina eod
20mg nolva ed
I have lost a wee bit of muscle too,
now i wanna go from my current composition of:
Current: 6ft 202lbs 10%bf
--------------------TO-----------------
6ft 190lbs 6-7%bf
I wanna do all this in 32 days.
Now here comes the question. I dont need to be dry for another 32 days, so i was thinking about throwing in dbol at 25mg ed on top of my other stuff, for the next 18 days with 10mg nolva ed.I will still be running 5x's a wk but i just wanna hold as much possible in this period, until I go maintenance levels of calories in summer, maintain ripped.
WOULD 18 DAYS ON 25MG DBOL HELP ME COME OUT WITH MORE MUSCLE DURING THESES DAYS OF CARDIO ?
I will consume maintenance level of calories, hoping to possibly gain a pound of musclewhile still hoping to loose fat
Then 2 weeks prior to Summer break , cut out dbol, and run some winny and fina to summer to get "DRY".
Does my plan sound reasonable to get cut while maintaning muscle
