Ok Im 5'5", 190lbs, and about 15%BF. My goal is to get down to about 6-8%BF. I have a severe injured back now so it will be about three-six weeks before I lift again so I may wait to start my cutting diet until then, Im not sure. You guys can give me advice on that too, should I start or wait until I can lift again. I will only be walking for about 30min 4X per week in the AM for Rehab. Anyway this is what my diet will look like.
7:00am-10 or 20g of Glutamine
8:00am-1000mgs of ALA, 2 whole eggs,8 oz skim milk,1/2 cup of Oats
11:00am-2 cans of tuna,1tblspn flaxseed oil,20ozwater
2:00pm-8oz of Chicken, 1tblspn flaxseed oil,20 oz water
4:00pm-1000mgs ALA, 1 can tuna, 1/2cup of black beans,20oz water
6:00pm-post workout, 30g whey, 10g creatine
8:00pm- 1000mgs ALA, 8 oz chicken, 1/2 cup of brown rice, 20 oz water.
10:00pm-10 or 20g of Glutamine
What do you guys think about this???? By the way, the ALA I take will be about 15 min before the actual meal.
