Hello Im 16 weeks out this is what my diet is for the next 2 weeks.
cardio (empty stomach) 3x a week for now.
9:30 1 egg 5 whites 1 cup oats
12:30 4-6 oz lean protein ( chicken, round steak, fish) 1/2 c pre cooked brown rice
3:30 post workout: Protien shake ( at gym) w/ glutamine
4:00 when I get home 3-4oz lean protein 1/2 white rice (pre cooked)
7:00 4-6oz lean protein/ veggies
10:00 4-6oz lean protein/veggies
TOTAL CARBS: 188 TOTAL PROTIEN: 100-150 GRAMS DAILY FAT: FISH OIL SUPPLEMENTS ONLY BESIDES THE FAT IN THE PROTEIN.
My diet will change every 2 weeks depending on how I look the closer I get the less carbs. When on a cutting diet the only carb choices should be oats, rice, yams, beans and potatoes. High glycemic carbs are best only after a weight workout. ( when cutting). Some fruit is O.K now 8-10 weeks out its cut out.
