Hello Im 16 weeks out this is what my diet is for the next 2 weeks.

cardio (empty stomach) 3x a week for now.

9:30 1 egg 5 whites 1 cup oats

12:30 4-6 oz lean protein ( chicken, round steak, fish) 1/2 c pre cooked brown rice

3:30 post workout: Protien shake ( at gym) w/ glutamine

4:00 when I get home 3-4oz lean protein 1/2 white rice (pre cooked)

7:00 4-6oz lean protein/ veggies

10:00 4-6oz lean protein/veggies

TOTAL CARBS: 188 TOTAL PROTIEN: 100-150 GRAMS DAILY FAT: FISH OIL SUPPLEMENTS ONLY BESIDES THE FAT IN THE PROTEIN.

My diet will change every 2 weeks depending on how I look the closer I get the less carbs. When on a cutting diet the only carb choices should be oats, rice, yams, beans and potatoes. High glycemic carbs are best only after a weight workout. ( when cutting). Some fruit is O.K now 8-10 weeks out its cut out. :)

Im from the midwest so thats where the show is. So have you started feeling like crap yet!? :) It hist me bad about 6 weeks out cause at that point Im doing double cardios. Its the estrogen. You guys are lucky when it comes to that!

yo i have a good amount of energy with the stuff im taking.... T-rex... clen.. and i am takin in a good amount of carbs... gonna start getting more strick with my diet starting sunday i think. goood luck with your comp!

Your diet looks very good. Currently I'm in the "bulking phase" and I personally can't wait until the cutting. Less meals and cardio. I loved doing cardio but too bad I was doing it when I didn't really need to. Just a quick question, I've heard that bodybuilders love to do cardio on an empty stomach because it burns their "stored fat" thus making them lose more BF% quicker, is this true?

You will burn more fat on a empty stomach, no question about it! I take branch chains before the cardio session so exclusively fat is being burned not muscle.

Branch chains? Explain..... :)
the aminos help prevent your body from going into a catabolic state (it will use the aminos for energy rather than break down muscle).
