my cutting cycle please critique

bros heres my cutting cycle that i will be starting next week. please critique...tell me what you think. also i will be doing a 35mins of cardo in the morning atleast 3.5mph. my diet will be a high protien diet(400g a day) carbs around 140g a day. also i may cycle my carbs with protien like. 1. low carb 2. high carb. 2x's a week. well, here's what i came up with:

wks 1-8 Equipoise lll (fort dodge) 300mg wk

wks 1-8 Test Prope 50mg EOD

wks 1-8 Clen off wks ECA

wks 1-5 cytomel (11111,22222,33333,44444,33333,22222,11111)

wks 2-8 25mg winny(oral)

wks 8-11 50mg clomid

1000mg milk thirstle

3 gallons of water PD

a super clean diet!!!

ive done research on all of these for the past few months. this will be my first cycle. my goal is too lose bf% and gain lean muscle. im 5'9 195 15% 24 yrs old. would anyone recommend any changes. i know i could run th test + EQ for 10-12 wks test at 100mg EOD, EQ at 400mg. i should have great gains from this cutting cycle...right? any advise would be great!!!!!!
 
Only if you all knew what damage you do to your body witha High Protien intake. I know everyone is doing it and they think it works well but i been reading medical books about certain things the body needs and doesn't need and one thing is a high protien diet they even suggest to avoid alot of meat and stick to greens Example people eat Cow for protien source, Where does the cow get its protien source from? from grass and they way meat is processed these days its unhealthy damn FDA and also Milk one Teaspoon contains like 20 different types of Bacteria b/c nowadays everything is done ass backwards. they suggest stick to Soy milk or Rice milk. there's alots of other things but too much too type but just letting you all know Eat your Veggies
 
i do eat my veggies.....also i disagree with you on protein!!! dont have time now to post.....(meat on ur body is protein) u need to read alittle more....
 
personaly i would start the t3 about week 3 to give the eq and test a good base, just my thoughts on trying to waste as little muscle as possible. and maybe 100mg or prop eod. besides that it looks good you should get cut. what are your stats and goals??
 
"batgirl" are you saying high protein intake is bad?well if yes go fly away....you are wrong sorry hun....but if yo utring to say dont take toooo much protein where you well hurt your kidneys then ok but i think you are saying dont take high protein diet and you are wrong on that.....
 
im going to bump my EQ up too 400mg a wk. does ANYONE else see anything i should change around? KEEP IN MIND THIS IS MY FISRT TIME USING ANY STEROID. IVE DONE MY HOME WORK!!!!
 
When using the t-3, are your tabs 50mcg?? Because 200mcg daily is too high. At most go to 150mcg for only 2 weeks. T-3 is very catabolic and you will lose weight, assuming your eating tons of protein, hopefully losing mostly fat. Also start the t-3 on week 2 or 3 and run for 5 or 6 weeks.

Diet should consist of 400g protein, shoot for under 100gs of carbs and around 60-80g of fat. Dont cycle your carbs--the test will help you in your workouts--Remember your metabolism will be sluggish from the low cals, but the t-3 will burn up the cals---That is similar to my last run I dropped 7% bf.
