My Current Routine

Monday
Incline Bench - 3x3, 3x5, 5-3-1 (3 week cycle)
Chin-ups - 2x8
Dips - 2x8
Curls - 2x8
Dec. Crunches - 2x25

Wednesday
Chin-ups - 2x8
Closegrip Bench - 2x8
Incline Fly - 2x8
Dec. Crunches - 2x25

Friday
Flat Bench - 3x3, 3x5, 5-3-1 (3 week cycle)
Curl - 2x8
Military Press - 2x8
Lateral Raise - 2x8
Dec. Crunches - 2x25

So simple, no leg work I know, but for my current goals that's not needed. I also have other reasons why I can't for the time and I don't feel like getting into it. I want upper body mass, especially on my arms. The last set of every exercise is taken to failure. Weights have progressed upwards pretty steadily the past month now, and I've been eating good. Is this too much work for the biceps/triceps, or will they grow from this? I figured the frequency is close to that of HST, and I don't feel burnt out at all right now.
 
Got a lot going on now, the sessions were taking me too long so I couldn't stick to it for the time being. I need to get in and out quick, and this was letting me do that.

45 mins is too long? If you shorten the rest you should be able to complete each day within 45 mins an hour at most. As with any routine, it only works if you stick with it.
