This is good advice because at anything much over 15% bf you wont see the aesthetic effects of anything like tren, winstrol, masteron, etc. You'll feel it strength wise, but you wont notice any increased vascularity, hardness, striations, etc.
 
hell yeah I am not a lazy dieter one of my meals like my breakfast is usually 1whole egge 4 egg whites 1 serviing size plain oatmeal serving size low fat cottage cheese 3 ears of califlower 2 peices of chicken that equal 20gprotein 1g fat and a banana. Always gotta eat the most in the mroning and after your workout thats the time where u eat the MOST that works for me perfectly. =D
 
Thank you guys all. I know i should diet and do cardio properly but i get catabolic while on diet without some AAS support. When i get catabolic i start to gain Estrogen fat very easily. I think i cant feed my muscles enough because they are so big. I dont have a huge appetite so i dont eat as much as you guys do but i stay big all the time. I think its because my natural hormones or genetics. But i just want to be ripped.
So i think i should use some AAS to maintain my form and help me with training and cutting
What do you think guys?

If that's the case then all you'll need is some low dose test, say 500 mg weeky, with a good AI. The purpose of using AS when cutting is to maintain LBM on calorie deficient diets. That's all.
