Thank you guys all. I know i should diet and do cardio properly but i get catabolic while on diet without some AAS support. When i get catabolic i start to gain Estrogen fat very easily. I think i cant feed my muscles enough because they are so big. I dont have a huge appetite so i dont eat as much as you guys do but i stay big all the time. I think its because my natural hormones or genetics. But i just want to be ripped.
So i think i should use some AAS to maintain my form and help me with training and cutting
What do you think guys?
