I was breathing 42 breaths per minute when running a 10 minute mile pace, now I'm down to 32 breaths per minute and the run is much easier. Translated, I had decent endurance before, but now I can fuck for a long time without getting out of breath. I'll never slack off on cardio again. And I can drink Wild Irish Rose without feeling guilty cause I know what awesome shape Im in.
