You could probably give this a try . . it's worked for me.

Start training your arms more. Get your arms as strong as you can.

Only do chest once a week to keep what gains you have made right now, if any.

3x6-8, Do lying skull krushers for triceps and do one handed preacher curls for biceps.

Use your other hand to help you get more reps on the one handed preacher curl.

(Get's your arms stronger and more accustomed to the heavy weight)

Trust me, once you go back to doing bench three times a week . . instant fucking strength.

fuck doing bench 3 times per week IMO. I could never train with ANY intesity if i were hitting a major muscle like back, chest or legs more than every 5 days.

uhmm...I don't think biceps are going to help you bench more. How 'bout posting your form? Are you a typical elbow-flared shoulder pressing bencher? Do you perform 90deg barbell rows, and contract your lats?

A proper bench press should have your elbows ~45 deg to your body, should hit around lower chest/sternum area. Pull the bar into yourself, tighten up your lats/tri's, then explode back out. Just focus on adding a few lbs to the bar each week on each lift, your chest will catch up.

IMHO he would be better served by squatting three times a week, instead of benching... Mon, flat bench, wed, overhead press, fri, incline press

Squatting 3x per week? How many sets?. I can hardly walk for 2 days after squatting.
