My Bulking Diet For Those Who Want To Know!!

can you show sample of your weekly workout.

And please clarify again, is it 3-5 sets per WORKOUT, or 3-5 sets per EXERCISE
 
With all due respect Bouncer, why so secretive about the drug use? I've never understood that about you guys. Pro's I can understand, cause the don't wan't people to copy. But do you think that everyone is going to go out and try and eat as much food as you? Probably not and I would hope the same thing would apply to the drugs also. I'm not mad I just think that since this an internet board (of which I've been a member of since August of 1998) we are here to share and help and I aint getting that warm and fuzzy feeling. I'm not a small man by any means myself and I know exactly what it takes to get to the next level but I share my info. Not a flame just curious.

i know what your saying bro. i don't really discuss my drug use with anyone though.

Maybe you could just tell us what you like to use? Not doses or duration of your cycles, just what drugs, brands, GH, slin, etc... Just some basics sorta, so we can get some idea of how you like to do things.

And even if you did post your real protocol, I don't think there would be any newbies dumb enough to think you drug regiem would make them look like you.

I'm just sorta curious too. :)

This is a sample of what my bulking diet looks like. Of cource it changes a little but this an average day of eating. I get 10-11 "bodybuilder friendly" meals in, then what ever I want to eat in between I will eat.

7am: 10 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs
*****8oz bowl of oatmeal with a tbsp of nat peanut butter
*****2 pieces whole wheat toast with jelly

8:30am: 2 homemade turkey burgers with sour cream and bacon
*******2 potato rolls

10am: 2 T-bone steaks and a large potato

11:30am: homemade pizza with everything on it
********pint of Ben&Jerry's ice creme

1pm: protein shake

2:30: protein shake

4pm: 10 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs
*****8oz bowl of oatmeal with a tbsp of nat peanut butter
*****2 pieces whole wheat toast with jelly

6pm: 2 T-bone steaks and a large potato

8pm: protein shake and bowl of ice creme

10pm: 2 chicken breast

11pm: cottage cheese mixed with peaches

12pm: protein shake mixed with low fat milk


B- how do you stuff all that food down and then eat again in like an hour. If you eat at 7:00 you probably don't finish eating till around 7:20...so then you eat again in an hour? Are you constantly full? Basically your eating every hour, I wish I could do that...without being a bloated, lathargic fat ass. Honestly, are you really hungry again in an hour or do you force it down?
