My breakfast

2 whole bagles with peanutbutter
50gr whey
0.5l skim milk

That's my typical breakfast wich comes to 1080 cals 45c/32p/23f

Is this i good one or not ?

Hmmm i was just looking at the breakfast, no goals.

They say at breakfast and PWO are the only time you can have a large amount of carbs.Breakfast should also be your largest meal caloric wise.

Both are true for mine, so i was just looking for some confirmation here to see if it's good or not.

2 bagels and peanut butter for breakfast is not really what i'll call 'breakfast', IMO. More like a cheat meal for me.

Personally for breakfast i have 1 cup of oats, 7 eggwhites (1yolk), and a banana or apple. Maybe sub the bagels for a couple of slices of whole-grain toast.
 
I've been having 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup liquid egg whites cooked and 3 slices turkey bacon.

add cinnamon, black pepper, and ketchup to flavor
 
Ya, that would be a cheat meal for me also. I agree with Jdevlin. Eat a few slices of whole wheat or grain toast and some eggs. A piece of fruit in the morning is also good.

forreal dawg...my breakfast is 8 egg whites 2 whole eggs and 2 cups of plain oatmeal in water...and a banana :)...and sometimes ill be an ass and throw in those kashi brand waffles 8g of protein with some sugar free syrup...that shit is good
