My boss is a moron.

Client signs order with my boss for a custom mirror 4'6" X 4'6".

Boss leaves mirror frame sample at client's home (with ID code on back) and does not write ID code on order.



Now she doesn't want to go back to the client to get the frame because she told the client it has been ordered.

WAIT it gets better.


Now, she wants to change the size to 4' X 4' because NOW she thinks it would be better, (why, I have no idea) even though it had been discussed at length why 4'6" X4'6" would be right.

Now, she has an order than doesn't exist because there's no frame sample to order from, the client thinks that thinks their 4'6" X 4'6" has been ordered when in the reality is that the 4' X 4' mirror the boss intends to order, when she figures out how, has not been ordered at all.


And she wonders why all her clients are angry with her.

Why couldnt the boss lady call the client and say look -

Oh that's simple, she can not admit to doing anything wrong or not perfect, it's her way to DENY DENY DENY.


In most cases, I would just call the client and ask them to help ME out to double check, blah blah, but # 1 it's the crazy 9/11 chick and #2 I thought I would stop cleaning up her messes for exactly one month and just see what happens.

You might want to call the client and get the information. I know that she's a nut case, but if it's not done right you might be stuck with her longer.


Then just walk into your boss' office and hand her the sheet of paper with the order number on it and walk out. Maybe even throw a smile at her as you leave.

You can always run over your boss and frame the client. That way you get rid of both of your problems.
