i was gunna post this awhile ago but always kept forgetting. grr. Anywhoo my guess is im endo/meso/ecto morph...its just hard to put the pieces together..is it possible to be this mix? I postulated this based on this:
1) endomorph qualities
can gain bodyfat very easily if my diet's not spot on
I get hungry easily and I love food
been overweight from age 5-15
naturally wide hips
Have to eat lower amount of calories on avg because of my lower natural BMR/AMR
2) ectomorph qualities
Tiny waist
Can get ripped/shredded and loose weight very rapidly with a well planned out diet
Small bone structure
Takes ahwile to gain lean muscle mass
If i stop eating for a week, say..i was sick in bed... i loose 10-15lbs like nothing
Small Wrists/neck
3) Mesomorph qualities
-Respond very easily to weights and can train each bodypart twice a week, thus recovering very quickly
-Can bombard my muscles and gain even better size
-Can gain muscle mass and overall weight very easily
-Naturally big legs, big chest..
-Can gain muscle or drop bodyfat on demand if I wanted to, depending on my goals
