my body isn't producing testosterone (clean)

thanks a lot, I think I know what I'm going to need to do now. I'm definitely going to ask him to get on the therapy since he said that's prob. what we'd do. I will try to go for injections once a week if possible. The creams or gels won't work very well? I think they might work OK for me since I'm young and haven't messed with gear before.

I am getting gyno from fat, I assume once my test gets back up and i exercise that it should go away, right?

good choice, if you have no natural test and have never done anything that would suppress your HPTA then it's pointless popping PCT meds in the hope it would somehow magically cause your body to produce what it's never had.

If your doc is not an endo then chances are he'll make that gyno worse.. you'll be needing an AI and probably novla to run alongside whatever test he gives you. Personally I love masteron for estrogen control on HRT but again, not much chance of that from a doc. And living as you are in a country where treating yourself with AAS is a serious crime (Go! USA!) you might have to go through a bunch of doctors before you find one who can give you what you need.

this sounds very much like an estrogen related issue. An aromatase inhibitor, Aromasin or AIFM, at the very least would reverse some of the symptoms, if not neccesarily reverse the HPGA situation (though it will more likely than not do that as well)

its not his ratios, he has LOW test

even in such cases shifting the ratio, lowering estrogen will increase LH (if the pituitary is not damaged or dysfunctional) and help alleviate the symptoms and likely increase test. Estrogen hypersensitivity while uncommon is a possibility.

now if there is a prolactinoma or pituitary adenoma then it probably wont help much.

a full copy of the blood work would make analysis easier.

you likely will need an aromatase inhibitor, if you can get aromasin (doctor will want to prescribe arimidex-- just say no :) ).

i finally went to the dr after my breasts became sore, like my nipples. my breasts are swollen/grown a bit. no lumps or anything.

i have been taking medication that is known to do this so it isn't a big surprise. i will be on it for three or four more months. I am hoping things go back to normal when I'm off it. it is kind of similar except my medication isn't hormone related.

dont you think it might be prudent to mention what this is?

just because your medication is not hormonal does not mean it does not have hormonal impacts

thanks for all of the help, i really appreciate it. this is a really weird situation to be in.

my doctor works in a building with three levels. the first level is an endocrinologist. he mentioned to me that he was/is working with her about the issue, he let me know that 'she knew who i was and was interested in the case' or something so I will be able to have him ask the endocrinologist to verify things like asking for the aromatase inhibiter.

also there's no mention of the plactin count either.....alot of times lack of test can be directly related to the pituary.....

that plactin count maybe the missing piece here...suppresion from a minor non-cancerous tumor is a possibilty...the age is also alarming here....26....

When i was 26 I could have used a third hand.....
