Loosing A LOT of hair
No more need for body hair (have too muchas it is)
Ok now for hte questions. Whats the best protien and creatine out there? I'm looking for quality. I broke my back in a car wreck T5-T9 and i now have major scoloiosis at t6 (80 degree angle).
When I was in bed for all those months I couldnt move anything but my arms. Had to even have nurses come in if i wanted to roll over. So just by using my arms I gain strong lower pecks. So as of nwo I have weak arms and legs but a very strong chest. (not breast looking though ehhe). Ive been doing "high" pushups for a bout 3 months now and my pecks have spread out and my shoulders gotten bigger.
I did a cycle of Test 200mg/Deca 250mg/and Liquidex nut sure hwo much for 10 weeks, two years ago. I should of listened to you guys first because I wasnt in shape and did loose ALL of it when I was done with the cycle. (Along with a little hair and sprouting hairs on my shoulders
)
I'm very self-concious about my hair so I think I'm done with juice. If anything maybe some oxadronalone. I know it wont blow me up but should make me a little stronger and harder for those workouts.
The doctor said I need to build major ab muscle to support my back and build up my back muscles to pull my shoulders back. As it looks like I'm kind of hunch backed. Let it be known I'm a good looking guys that gets top notch women. I just need to fix this flaw. And now that I'm going sober (off marijuana among other things) I figured I'd put my time into sculpting my bodya nd workign out.
I'm in pretty good shape, just did a 36 mile bike ride the other day without beign fazed. Just minor knee pain but thats it. So I'm looking for a new solution. I want to BEST protien I can buy and how much. (I was using EAS before) And what kind of creatine I should get. Maybe there are some other supplements I can add too? I'm still considering the oxadronalone.
So my plan now is to workout intensivly for two years on my abs, arms legs, and buttocks. Thing that sux though is I cant do any squats or thigns that put huge weight on my back as it is F**ked for life. (probalby will have ot get surgery where it will make me a couple inches taller) (actually its overdue I blew the $57,000 insurance money on it on drugs, extacy, weed, lexus, ect.)
I just lost my family my two children and girlfriend due to my drug problem. She was cheating on me the whole time anyways so I guess it was for the best anyways. I'm a senior in College but not sure if I'm even going to go back to Cincinnati as all I know is trouble there. Anyways I guess I just had to get half of this off my chest.
So whats the best supplements out there for my condition.... pros only please none of the same ol, "you need test bro, its the only way" crap. I dont want that nor need it right now. I would loose all my gains, get a little bloated and looose MORE and and GAIN more body hair, well F**kk that.
And if noone has advice, thats fine too becaseu I feel better I got this off my chest.
