bench....incline.....flies......straight bar curls....hammer curls......skull crushers....tricep pull downs...incline curls......tricep extensions.....just try stuff until you find what works for you
 
id say check out the training board and getting a good routine down,and dont forget to stop into the diet board to get a good diet in place based on your goals
 
well i been benchin n yesterday i did the bench press with dumbells n it felt better n i just started feeling it a lil i dont feel it unless i move a certain way. is running good for me since im already skinny i jsut wanna do it to drop any fat and get abs. and i heard on anthor forum that if ur really active u can eat any junk food u want since ur burning it off anyway

lol.. no way bro. u gotta eat clean and do some cardio to loose some fat and get those abs showin... instead of running.. try the treadmill at a 3-4% incline and get the heart rate up to 80 - 85% max heart rate to burn more fat over muscle. dont wanna burn too much muscle by doin too much cardio bro.
junk food = bad fat + high GI carbs = no good fat!
 
If you are young and just getting into it, try to stick with compound lifts.
Bench press
Dips
Squats
Dead Lifts
Military Press
Pull-ups
Pull-Downs
Rows.

These will give you a good foundation, limit your risk of injury and will add the most to your physique. As you get older and more experienced, start adding more complex and isolation exercises.

Good abs are mostly a result of good diet IMO.
