Wow you lost 30 lbs.....yum! Great looking body. I'm assuming of course that the one on the right is the before. How did you do it and how long have you been working towards your goals.
Yes, the one on the right is the before Basically it was all diet and exercise - lots of cardio and lots of chicken and salads. Still would like to drop another 10 and maybe think about fitness or figure comp.
