My attempt at a diet with a twist

Well I just got off a 10 week bulking cycle. I feel big and strong, but am fatter than I'd like to be. So, I'm gonna start slowly cutting. Problem is, it sucks to cut right after a bulking cycle because you lose so much muscle. In an attempt to avoid this, I am trying to get my HTPA back ASAP, then begin a mellow dose of Primo to support LBM, then towards the end, give the ole' bod a boost to get back any muscles I have lost.

I will be doing cardio throughout, except for the 2 week re-growth period. My cals will start at 3500 and drop 300 each week. Doing a 40 pro-30 carb-30 fat split. Lifting will be PL based with Squat, Bench, and Dead being the core of their respective days.

if you run AS while cutting right after bulking you will not loose muscle. why would you? what do you think pros do? a bulking cycle, wait a few months to normalize hpta and then cut?...........no no no

dont bother normalising hpta, just switch gear to aim more towards cutting. keep it simple. tren, winstrol, primo, anavar all work good. if you dont mind water retension then run test also.
