My ass-kicking road to getting HUGE

3900 by 3 pm is pretty impressive, you've still got 2-4 feedings left. I'm at a 1/2 gallon of milk today so far, I better get my ass in gear.
 
gulp....3900 by when??? Look at the diet I posted, am I even close?

U guys train in the am? I did it today at 530am, now I feel like I need to go again.....damn it..

Is it? Ever do a refeed? Easy 5,000 in a few hours if you eat the right foods.

Skim milk, pasta, bagels.

Never did one, I am not too scientific with the diet....if you've got info. on it, PM me with it, I'll take a look, but I have no idea what a refeed is though.

I need to start hitting the bagels. I've heard they are loaded with calories but never bothered taking advantage of it. I'll switch to a couple bagels instead of waffles for breakfast.
 
Tonight's workout was much better than Friday's. It was one of those nights when you don't feel like leaving the gym.

Deadlift:
225x5
315x3
365x3
405x3
455x3
520x3

*The deads felt good, except for the floor felt uneven. The barbell would roll forward and on a few reps I actually tipped forward; like I was deadlifting downill. 520 felt good. No hesitation in the reps. I have more in the tank.

Box Squat:
225x3
245x3
275x3
275x3
225x5

*Good reps with 275. I can notice my upper body sitting up much better than before, when it felt like I had to 'unfold' myself when pushing off the ground.

Needsize Abs:
10x5
25x5
25x5
25x5
bodyweightx5

Standing Calf Raises:
3 sets of something

Then I was waiting for my fiancee to get done cardio so I did an extra set of squats, 225x10 just for the hell of it.
 
Ezekeil makes a top notch bagel! All solid ingredients...also, why only 30g post carbs?
