Tonight's workout was much better than Friday's. It was one of those nights when you don't feel like leaving the gym.
Deadlift:

*The deads felt good, except for the floor felt uneven. The barbell would roll forward and on a few reps I actually tipped forward; like I was deadlifting downill. 520 felt good. No hesitation in the reps. I have more in the tank.
Box Squat:

*Good reps with 275. I can notice my upper body sitting up much better than before, when it felt like I had to 'unfold' myself when pushing off the ground.

Then I was waiting for my fiancee to get done cardio so I did an extra set of squats, 225x10 just for the hell of it.
