*I felt like crap with these. Some kid was using the only real deadlifting area and he spent a good 45 minutes on it. In his defense, he was powercleaning, and some overhead pressing I just wish there was a way I could have worked in. Instead I had to deadlift IN the stupid squat rack (because it's the only other area where a barbell could fit across the floor). I felt irritated because it was so congested and closed-in.
Box Squat:

*The first 2 sets were good but for the last two it was tough firing off the box. The area between being seated and between where the legs seem to take over seemed to lag behind a bit. Good weights though, for me.
Seated Calf Raises:
2 plates x 5
3 plates x 5

5 plates x 5
5 plates + 10 x 5
Pretty good workout. Not my best but to be honest, I stopped at the mall on the way to the gym and bought an X-Box 360 so I wasn't as focused as I should have been. I'll never grow up.
