My Apology to ProLine.

Well guys, I got in touch with Proline. He states that he created a new password and lost it, so any orders he had could not be filled and needed to be reordered. I did not know this and this is the reason I havn't gotten my gear. He said my order will be in the mail as of Fri or Sat, and it takes 2 days to get to me. I will be recieving it Monday or Tuesday if all goes as planned. He asked me to pass the word of what happened and I said I would apologize for slandering his name some. This was my mistake too, so i apologize for it. I will let you guys know how my service with him as of late goes and be sure to post it. And for those of you who said he doesn't monitor this board, he does. If you need anything shoot me a PM.

He asked that I post this to let peoepl know whats up and to clear his name with me. If no one gives a shit, a couple more people will say so and i'll be happy to delete this. If you want i can send you the email he sent me, asking me to post up on the board.

too many UG labs out there with good products to fuck around with one with such horrible customer service. The lab assay I saw showing severely underdosed products doesnt help out either.

All "went as planned" when I ordered from him.

After FINALLY replying and saying that he had already shipped it.... I waited..... then got an email over a week later saying it was going to be shipped TODAY and I would have my tracking number by tomorrow.... then another week, I get a tracking number that didn't show up...... then it arrives on my doorstep with a different tracking number all together. Minus one bottle.

I mean, I'm sorry... I can understand someone producing a quality product and being overwhelmed with responses... but in the past, when I worked with two other sources, they would tell me up front it was backordered and would refuse to take my money until they got caught up.

Shit, if those ass wankers at MD magazine can get "their" Proline products in a few days, so they can write their article, I should be getting mine as well.
