My all nighter

Just put it behind you bro and find some new friends if you have to, be strong and STOP it now while you can it destroyed my little sisters life and her daughters and my nephews you get my point now my teen age son was having problems with that mess to. I HATE IT after i 've seen whats its done to my family . Its for losers
 
I have friends that never have any money and pretty much bum off of me and others, but they seem to have no problem spending $100 in a night on blow. Hell, even the effects don't last long. Why even waste the money.

I tried some before and didn't really see any point to it. Sure I got the 'rush' but I can get a similar feeling by jerking-off, plus that's free!:D (still just as addictive though) :rolleyes:
 
Little coke and Martini or Wine or Vodka or beer onc eina while ...everythin gin moderation..i too had one of those 4gram sesions one night....felt liek zombei and suicidal next day..but ive learned MODERATION..if you do just so little and with soem alcohol in moderation it can be beneficial and not harm your body as you may think..just as a beer be4 a workout or 2.

Are you kidding me? Coke done in Moderation cannot be beneficial. lol

Alcohol in moderation is not beneficial either...wine contains some ome antioxidants so people think it's healthy. Just take it in supplement form.

I've done 4-5 lines in my life and never again, the first line was a great high and everything is shit after that.

Way too addictive.

you fucked up, you know it, we know it too.... Coke DOES NOT do a body good. Don't do it again, esp. now that you know what it is all about. You're sparing yourself a lot of long term misery...

Maybe not beneficial health wise..but to relax etc. while causing minimal damage..while a beer or 2 is beneficial.. sometimes to unwind feel relaxed.hav eless cortisol for th esystem..and perform the workout 100% clearly etc. im not saying you should us ecoke..liek that im just giving an example..Btw..coke is hard on heart etc. etc.. and highly adictive..but 10 x less adictive the nicotine so if you have not tried it please spare the misereable ITS ADDICTIVE SPEACHES... im not about to do it personaly more than few times a year max..

I have done Coke and it scares me to tell you the truth...

Bodybuilders have addictive personnalities by nature. How else can they endure the rigors of bodybuilding?

And I agree that nicotine is more addictive than coke

The problem is the following...if you use coke or any drugs, alcohol to unwind...what will you do if something terrible happens in your life... you'll turn to drugs to unwind, and that's when the trouble starts.

How do I unwind? I go to the gym
 
Good post Andy..i agree with you...i use it as a rule if im having trouble sin my life like i am now..no Alcohol, or other drugs. except mayeb a few beers once in a while but no excess.. if on eis in a low spot that way we can avoid thi sproblem... but overal .i agreee with what you wrote.

I used to party hard like that alot, and I would get pissed off at myself the next day and my workouts would suck for the next few days. Feeling shitty in the gym was really what gave me the motivation to "quit the shit". I still drink like once or twice a week and I know if I can cut that down to every other week, I'll notice it in the gym. Remember how you feel now, and the next time it's in front of you hopefully you'll pass. Good luck.
