But how strong/well could you perform at that low? I couldn't imagine trying perform much staying there.. maybe just me
I've wrestled college level so know how to make weight/ starve/ cut weight and be miserable but to just lift and wanna get bigger and stronger and use a steroid see no real benefit to being that low
To me a first cycle should be about adding mass and if can hold a low bodyfat and lift hard and go all out then good but otherwise no reason worry about it. I usually look my best when am weakest for maxs
