my abs/midsection have always been a problem for me

I'm running my 2nd cycle and I have always found it hard to bulk and keep a tight waistline...call me undisciplined if you will, but thats really not the case.

I always have an "outline" of a 4 pack and then the last two abs are nowhere to be found...a tid bit of a gut. But I eat right, maybe just not good enough? I eat no junk food or any of that b/s. I keep a tight diet, but it just seems my midsection/abs have always been a problem for me.

Can an older more experience bro on here give me some experienced advice on how to blast my abs. Maybe some diet advice too, cardio advice, and a good work out routine to change things up for me.

Thanks for any advice you can give.

If you need more info on my stats or what im running or my workout routines just let me know and I will tell you.

are you primarily endo, ecto or meso ?

are you eating 6 meals a day?

how much water do you consume?

is your caloric intake overriding caloric expenditure?

abdominal conditioning has little to do with training abs
and lots to do with diet.

i train abs with 3 total working sets once a week and i am shredded.
my ab routine takes 5 minutes!!!
i do a set of incline crunches. one set of weighted machine crunch
then back to incline crunch. all movements preformed to failure.
every other training session i throw in one set of hanging leg or reverse
crunch. i am a fan of light-heavy-light for abs, forearms and calves
