lying Ez Bar French Press:

Std EZ Bar Curl:
5x5 @ 100lbs

Incline DB Curls:
3x8 @ 30lbs (Less inclination every set... almost lying at the end)

SuperSet with Behind the back Dips (Edge of two benches.. feet on one hands on other...)

If I understood your question right.... Trps are "Traps" and Tris are "Triceps"...

Well..

As you can see... are only Traps exersise is deadlift which we think is enough...

As for Triceps.. we don't mix them with anything else than Biceps... and we like it that way

Maybe it could help my shoulders to work them apart from back.. I'll think about that
 
Who is "WE", you got a mouse in your pocket? Deadlifts hit traps nicely, but I still am a believer in doing at least 2-3 sets of heavy shrugs......I did Back with Tris and Chest with Bis and loved it......Legs by themselves and SHoulders w/ Traps....that way, you can hit upright rows (traps) and also some shrugs......

Get that BENCH up boy.........damn........CMon.....train hard!
