my 12 week winny-only cycle

stats:
age: 35
weight: 190lbs.
height: 5'8

cycle: (winny injectable)
WEEK 1-8 100mg/EOD
WEEK 9-12 50mg/EOD
clen 2 week on/2 week off
note: I am in week 11, right now.

it seems to be working out pretty good.....my main reason to post this is for the people who want to just do a winny-cycle, here is my story and I say "go for it". (I HAVE NORMAL GENETICS AND HENCE REGULAR RESULTS, so others can do better on this)

yeah I know, but i just needed a kick in the pants to get started so thats why i went with the cycle. I am focusing on tons of cardio now, and dialing in the diet and hopefully I can drop some fat as I go along.
My original plan was to do a 10 week winny only 50mg/ed, but then I decided to extend my cycle to maybe 20 weeks total, (original 10 weeks at winny only 50mg/ed, and 10 weeks at 25mg/ed).
 
drop 4 inches around waist and gain about 10lbs approx. of lean muscle in 11weeks, i dont think so man...i am also turning 36 and i just have the desire/descipline like I used to so i needed a push, I dont intend on touching another cycle for another year...1 cycle per year for me at the most...
 
none what so ever, i find winny helps me lose water actually, i seem to be pissing all the time, but that could be because i am drinking water all the time....but winny definately does not make yuo hold any water.
 
I usually run winny with test and the winny is amazing at keeping the water weight off. That is one of the best things about winny is that you get little to no water retention.
 
Stop running the winny. Give your liver a break. Winny after 8 weeks is very stressful to the liver even with detox. Get some HCG and Nolva from AG guys and do proper PCT. You need it. Great fkn job bro. Keep up that cardio.
 
Yeah btw, really great transformation. Your beginning pic is what I look like if I do not dial out my diet and keep up with the cardio and lifting. So I know how tough it is to have that as a stating point. Great job!
 
never tried oral winny, i am not much of a AAS user, this is my 2nd cycle in like 8 years, and I am not going to do another one "if" i do another one till next year, max 1 cycle per year for me and light ones at that
Note: by the way I am done with winny and am starting my pct in a few days..I will post some more pics soon...thanks for all the compliments....I have been focusing more on diet than anything else for the weight-loss as of lately and of course the cardio...later
 
Dang, Nice work bro. I know most guys don't prefer running gear at that bf%, but you have made great progress. It has obviously worked for you. What was your diet like? Total cals and ratios.

thanks man, cals were around 2000/daily (high protien/low carbs/with essential fats from peanut butter), but I seem to have hit a plateau right now. Gonna stop all thermo supps, let my metabolism come back to normal, and then hit it again in 1 week .....thanks all.
 
I don't recall reading how much you weigh but I am sure that you could add some cals.
Not to tell you what to do, it has obviously wokred and worked well. I weighed 230 and lost plenty of weight taking in 2500-2750. I have tried the 2000 cal thing and I lost a good deal of stength and was STARVING all the time. But you look great though. The only bad thing about losing weight is buying new clothes to show off the new you. Winny never interested me but I might think about running it in the future. Congrats.

I've been thinking of doing winny but Iam worried about hair loss, might do some EQ - I donno.

since the transformation is so gradual it feels like I have not changed much, even when I look at my own pictures, but then when I hear the feedback from others it reassures me that there is a difference.
by the way if anyone is interested here are the supps i have been using which I feel have made a big difference for me:

clembuterol
green tea
guarana
l-carnitine
any eca product like ripped fule
ginseng
multi-vitamin
yohimbe

I normally cyle these constantly so the body does not get used to them and I am forced to up the dosage. Give them a try and let me know what works for you...

youre right, recently I have had to increase my cals, I guess I am going through a re-adjustment stage. I have noticed that if I just increase the calories from essential fats/peanut butter I am fine, also for the sugar cravings I just eat dried fruits like figs/prunes. It no longer feels like a diet.
 
Hell of a good job. So how many pounds have you lost so far? Soon you will have a sixpack. 18 weeks just takes so much dedication. I usually go for 12 weeks and go back to a normal person diet, pizza, soda, hamburgers. After a week of that I am disgusted with myself and hit it hard again. Keep up the good work!

Actually I dont know how much weight I lost, the scale at the gym I train at doesn't seem to work too well. I go more by the mirror first thing in the morning to judge the changes, but I have gone from a 41" waist to a 35" waist. I have found that I need to have my peanut butter a dried fruits daily for the sugar, if not then I will binging too much.

Actually I have been debating it, sine I have never done that before, do you know which blood tests should i inquire about. You mentioned "cholesterol" anything else?...thanks in advance.
 
thanks for being brave and posting your pics. I notice a big difference. Now burn off some of that fat and you have some nice muscle waiting there for you.

F'N Awesome!! With what I myself have to lose you're inspiring. Although I may have the unwanted crown of highest bf% on EF!! But not for long..

hey majnoon nice to hear from you, by the way I started training at your gym in Jeddah. As for diet, I have only protien,fruits,vegetables,nuts,water, that's it. Very low carbs (they all come from my fruits/vegetables). I keep it at about 2000calories/day. I find this only maintains my weight. In order to actually lose the weight I keep the same diet and up the cardio from 3-4 times/week to 7-9 times a week, and I start to lose "mainly only fat". I average 1 inch around the waist every 3 weeks on this.

yea man im really impresssed with your results , stay with your current diet and cardio, itll be nice to see what the next cycle does!!!
 
thanks guys, I will see how cut I can get with OTC supps and diet, and depending on that I'll see if/when I will try another cycle, but maximum 1 cycle/year for me man. thanks everyone for the feedback..
 
sorry guys have been busy at work, well its been 2.5 months since my cycle and I have kept everything. About 3 weeks ago I stopped all supplements also (green tea/ripped fuel..etc). Now I take a multi-vitamin every 2nd day. I simply want to clean out my system and I want to be as natural as possible. I seem to have kept everything, I had drop my calories slightly and now I am losing fat again. I will post pics in about 3 weeks...thanks all once again for the feedback. The strangest thing about the whole cycle was I was not even try to gain muscel mass, I just wanted to lose fat, but it seems I got the best of both worlds. The real test is to see how long I can hold on to this body naturally....I'll keep everyone updated.
 
Holy Crapola! I was thinking of doing a Dbol/ Winnie cycle as my first one, but now...maybe just the winnie. I am 6'2", 213lbs...about 21%. I went from 194 May 2005 to 213 July 2006 naturally with about the same bf. I can't seem to cut up though. I think I'm going to try the winnie. Is there anything else I can do? I still want my arms bigger and my chest more defined but I'm worried I might be a gyno candidate, what should I stay away from? Any help for a first time cycler is greatly appreciated!

First of all I am no expert since this is only my 2nd winny only cycle. But I would recommend winny injectable as a first cycle to anyone. The first time I took it, about 10 years ago (I was in my 20's), I took only 50mg/EOD and I had so much energy, I had problems sleeping. I would trian 2ce a day. I would also go clubbing on the week-ends (no alcohol though) and at times I would go to the gym at 3:00am just to do arms or abs or something small because I felt i still had to much energy, I just could not get tired. This time around (I am in my 30's) I took 100mg/EOD and it realistically felt half as potent as the first time. I am almost 99% sure what I took both times was legit, I think its just my natural test levels are probably much lower this time around. You did not mention your age. My recommendation would be to do Test E +winny, this should be an awesome cycle for a first timer. I personally dont like the advice given by "some" of the more experienced users who suggest trying more than 1 or 2 roids at a time. I dont know about dbol hence I wont comment on it. let me know if there is anything else. By the way my diet was dead on and still is. As for cutting, I used several supplements (which in the long run will cost you more, BUT you can stop/start them anytime) and you know what you are getting is legit. I only use OTC for cutting. I have used and I recommend the following:

green tea supps
yohimbe supps
any thermo supp like (ripped fuel)
gensing supps

I also used clembuterol sparingly (quite cheap), I would cycle 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with this.

in conclusion: test E+winny+clembuterol+supps mentioned above, and you cant go wrong
Note: dont forget the pct, I used clomid(10 days at 100mg/daily, then 10 days at 50mg/daily)...later man

I gained some fat (5-7lbs approx.) back, but I'm going to start my 2nd cycle shortly, just waiting for work to slow down a bit(traveling too much right now). I will post the cycle shortly with before pics to see the progress. I am expecting better results this time because I am a lot leaner starting out this year than for the last cycle.
 
What a transformation bro! You look amazing and the progress you made is incredible. At first I was like he's not showing the wheels cause he doesnt train them. Then I saw them and there huge. Wow.... damn good job bro.
 
2 weeks after my last inject
100mg for 5 days
50mg for 10 days
I took some OTC supps also like green tea, yohimbe,ginseng....no probs after that
 
Bro - that is totally excellent. Great freakin job man. I'm damn proud of your effort and progress, seriously.

One question tho - injecting winny at 100mg eod, didn't that hurt like a mother? I have only used denkal winny 100mg/ml and in 100mg shot it seriously hurt.

If yours didn't hurt, I'd like to know the brand.

this was in 2006, and it was my first cycle, so I wanted to start slow. My new cycle 2007 is test-e,primo, winstrol and I have that under another thread on the same page.
