My 1-T Log

First off I feel this would be of better use in this section rather than the supp section.

Today I received my package from Primordial Performance, I was surprised to see it today actually because of the holidays. First thing I have to say is these new bottle are the shit, big props to Eric at PP.

Stats as of yesterday. 205 lbs. I cant say I know my exact bf % but it is below 10%. I am 6'2''. I will be running a six week cycle of 1-T followed by a bottle of Sustain Alpha for PCT.I will be using 5 pumps a day after a shower. I may up it to six pumps at the end of week 4, but we will see how things go.

Goals are to gain lean muscle mass and strength.

Current supps I use:

Whey Protein
Casein Protein
Multi Vit
HMB
Caffeine
CEE
and a post workout carb product.

My diet will consist of at least 4000 calories a day, I would like to be around 4500. My diet is fairly clean, the carbs I consume are mostly complex carbs. Protein will be around 250-300 grams a day and fats will be kept low.

I have been doing a 4 day split superseting opposite bodyparts which has gone really well for me. I might continue with that or change it up I am not sure yet. I will update once I have a set plan. I will be deadlifting heavy on a weekly basis though. I would like to get my deadlift over 500 and my bench around 375. I think I am going to be doing high rep squats.

This is it for now. I will let everyone know how todays application goes. I look forward to getting this started.

I've been taking it for about a week and a half. My sex drive is through the roof, but I haven't noticed much of a lean mass gain yet. Good luck with your log.

Todays my second application. Same citrus smell as the other PP products, and it dries fairly quickly. Nothing else to update as of yet, I dont plan on seeing any signs until a week or two of use, but I could be wrong.
 
Day 4

Not to much to update as of yet. I have been busting ass in the gym and at the kitchen table. No sides to report as of yet. For the people that are following look for major updates around Day 17 or so. Thats when I expect shit to get crazy.

To get an idea of my superset program here is what I did yesterday for chest and back:

Incline Bench 155x12, 185x12,235x6,185x12 Supersetted with/
Barbell Row 135x12, 155x12,185x6,155x12 2 min rest between

DB Bench 70x12,70x12,80x10,drop set 50x10/40x10 supersetted with/
DB Row 80x12,80x12,90x10 drop set 60x10/50x10 1:45 Rest between

Flat DB Fly 50x15,50x15,45x15,45x15 SS with/
Bent Over Fly 30x15,30x15,30x15,30x15 1:30 rest

Cable Cross 50x15,50x15,45x15,drop set 30x15/15x15 SS w/

I will try and hit every bodypart twice a week.

Havent messed around too much with Pro-hormones. I did T-bomb like 5 yrs ago and didnt notice a damn thing from that crap.

I have used T-bol and D-bol before only once each.


The T-Bomb 2 has worked great for me and several of my bros. I've used it to boost my test levels post cycle, and have had great results from it. It's possible the original stuff was not a good as this new batch.

You cant go wrong with the Monsterdrol bro.. I've got 5 bottles in stock, and just pre-ordered 5 more. I'll get even more on the next pay day..
 
Day 6

Short update:

I know its early but I feel my strenght is up a bit. No sides to report of. Strength being up could be from increase in cals and protein. Probably hovering around 4000 cals a day. Like to increase even more. Protein is around 300 grams.

Weight as of Dec. 04 208 lbs. (+3)

I am going to try and take some photos around day 14 and then at completion.
 
good log! Any problems sleeping? I love sustain and PP! Good dudes! Im on prop and var right now and decided to add Derm but about one week in i couldnt sleep. Im not 100% sure it was from the derm or my anxiety is just getting worse. Thats why i asked about sleep problems
 
I apply the 1-T usually early morning so it never affects my sleep. There wasa day were I did apply fairly late and I didnt notice any problems sleeping.

Day 12

Weight: 208.5 (+3.5lbs)

Sides: Slight acne on the back nothing too bad...aggression in the gym is increased.

Nothing really major happening yet. As I said before there is a slight strength increase. Slowly getting back into deadlifting, working on my form. Pulled 315 for 10 fairly easily with no belt or straps today.

I hope to have some pics by mid next week. Been eating a lot of whole wheat pasta with ground turkey in it. Even though its a complex carb its seems to be hiding some definition and my abs. I guess too much of it may be bad not sure could use some help on that.

I hope to be reporting some big updates starting at the beginning of next week.

Thanks for posting. Is the acne at the site of application? Do you feel that the lotion is an irritant at all?
 
The acne is very minor. It is on the application site, but I get the occasional pimple or two on my back naturally. I think I may only have one right now thats already going away. 1-T is far from an irritant if anything it acts just like a lotion you would put on for softer skin.

Day 13

Weight 209lbs.(+4)

I def. feel some agression coming on. Strength still on the rise. Put up 90 lb DBs for 10 reps for shoulder press. Lets see if I can make it to 100's here soon :).

Damn holidays are killing me. For work we have been either taking customers out or customers are taking us out. I was actually mad I had to eat out the other night at a Italian restaurant. Anyways I am not trying to cut up at all right now so I am not too concerned.

Im glad to hear that. I hope this is a great cycle for you, there are positive reports from others.
 
Day 17

Weight 212 (+7) woah

Sides: Sex drive is up, acne is a little worse on my traps but nothing crazy..

Strength and endurance have increased greatly this week. I hit 225 for 11 on the Incline supersetting it with barbell row. I started barbell row with the weight I ended it with last week and it felt like a feather. I have been doing 4 sets of 20 for squat which just destroy me but I have been able to add 10lbs a week to them and recover fairly quickly. I believe I pulled 315 for 10 last week I am going to shoot for 335 for 10 tmrw and maybe try a one rep max.

The 1-T is def. starting to kick in, and I look forward to the following weeks.

I am surprised with the weight gain because my diet has been slacking a bit, but I am going to try and pick it up this week.

Might throw up some pics on Thursday.
 
Day 18

Quick update:

Ended up deadlifting heavy for the first time in a long time. Surprised the hell out of myself. I ended up pulling a solid 455. Strength felt awesome today added 25lbs to my t-bar row and did weighted chins with a 25 hanging off myself for 15 reps.
 
Day 23

Probably one or two pumps left in the first bottle. The scale at the gym is broke for the moment I will try and find another one to keep track of my weight. I dont need a scale though to tell me if 1-T is working I would say its in full effect right now. I feel strong as hell in the gym, lately I have been a little more vascular and overall my muscle feel hard all day. This past week it seemed that I increased weight on everyone of my exercises. Only sides to report are acne on my back, and increased aggression. I look forward to another 23 days.
 
Im glad to hear you arent experiencing many sides to speak of. Its mild and effective enough for you to go another 3 wks. Thanks for keeping us updated.
 
Okay, so, for us noobs, what is 1-T in layman's terms? Is this one of the OTC "real steroids out there" we've been reading about?

Yes, the main ingredient [1-androsterone] converts to the original 1-Testosterone which is a bonnafide anabolic steroid. There are also conversions to other anabolic hormones such as androstenediol and androstenedione.

1-T is easily the most effective non-methylated [non-liver toxic] pro-hormone/pro-steroid on the market right now.

1-T is a pro-hormone, and not a steroid. If the ingredient was 1-testosterone, then it would be a steroid. Since it has to convert from 1-androsterone to 1-testosterone, that makes it a pro-hormone.

True, but both 1-androsterone and DHEA are steroid hormones. Whether or not you call them "anabolic steroid" depends on if 1-androsterone or DHEA actually bind to and activate the androgen receptor without converting, which is debatable.

Feeling awesome in the gym and just all around in general. Strength and endurance seems to still be rising. You def. need two bottles of this stuff to reep the full benefits. When the first bottle ended is when I really started to notice vascularity and hardness. Even though I am not eating the greatest I still seem to have lost a bit of body fat. The weights I used last week that seemed heavy seem light the following week.

Whether your trying to cut or bulk 1-T is a legit product. I need to get some more before it gets banned.

Sounds good... we are finding that the 1-T is excelent for cutting. Guys are dropping 2-3% in BF in 4 weeks without even making changes to their diet.

I believe it. I feel I may be closing in on losing 1% without even trying, now its time to try and lose some bf.

Day 38

Cant say enough about recovery and endurance, it feels really good. I feel the endurance the most when I hit the 12th rep and I am able to push it to 15 reps instead of stopping. Havent DB benched in ages and I was able to push 100's for 14 reps so I am happy about that. Since I am starting to reduce my cals a bit my weight has dropped to around 210, which isnt to big of a loss. I think 1-T helps keep size on while reducing bf which is a big plus.

Day 45

Weight: Still around 207-209 which is incredible for a decrease in cals and added cardio. Strength is still there also even with decreased cals. I just overall feel really good at the gym at all times and like I have been saying the thing I like the most right now is the increased endurance as far as pushing past 12 reps. As far as sides its Day 45 and I still just have some acne on my back and thats it. My libido has never decreased and I would say it has been increased the entire time also with some increased agression. Very solid product that results in very solid gains. The pics will come I promise I think I have one or two at the beginning of this log, so I will get some at the end.
 
Alright boys I know its been awhile. I am on week 3 of sustain bout to finish it up. Everything is going well. 1-T was a great test increasing product. Only side effect was acne on the back, but as least I knew it was working. Lost a fair amt of bf while on 1-T while also increasing lean muscle mass. See my before and after photos below.

Great log bro, I've been skeptical but with all of these logs coming out now, my skepticism has subsided. Is this 1-T or 1-T Tren? I haven't decided which product I am going to start, but with the BOGO deal, I think i'm about to jump on one REALLY soon.
