Mustang V6

The new ones have the power now. Thet won't be getting their assed whipped like they use too.

What would suggest? A civic?

LOL. No way. God I hate the sport compact phase.

You are right, they do have some power now. Bout time Ford did something correctly. I just don't like any style of body since 1970. I think it totally went downhill.

I'd suggest, for the money of a new V6, get a used SS Camaro or WS6 Trans Am.

Talking used sports cars, I'll take a 1993 Mustang Cobra. I'm not a big fan of the body change that occurred after that year though.

Wouldn't drive a camaro or trans am. I always get the image of some dude with a mullett driving that type of car.

My .02.

The v6 mustang is a pretty good value. The ones with the sport package are attractive and sporty. However, I would strongly recommend you get a 5 speed transmission and NOT the automatic. The automatics don't seem to be geared properly and the resulting performance is rather disappointing. The 5 speed on the other hand has fairly spirited performance and is less expensive than its automatic counterpart.

I meant to mention something about that..
I have an automatic, never drove a manual, so I don't have an opinion on that
Hollywood is right that the gearing on the automatics is lagging compared to other cars in the simmilar price range.

I had a '00 Hyundai Tiburon prior to getting the Mustang, and that thing was geared GREAT, had good handling as well. it was a 4 cylinder, but I believe it's top speed was still faster than the Mustang (which has a limiter thing). That's about the only real comparison I have, but I would tthink the manual transmission mustang for the price is not too bad of a deal.

and for fucks sake, DON'T GET A YELLOW MUSTANG
