Muscles growing, yet they feel soft, what gives?

I'm new to this so bear with me. I've added 2 inches to my bis since I've been working out, yet they still feel soft when at rest.

Is this a diet problem, or is it a high bf?? My bf is 15%

Doesn't Creatine cause the muscles to retain more water? Maybe that's why they feel harder while using it.

Not to be the bearer of bad news here, but your bf is relatively high.......I'm around 8% and never, ever fell soft..........

The reason why I asked is b/c I've heard you don't need to cycle, and have also heard you do need to cycle. Being that creatine is natural within the body, I don't see why you would need to cycle it. On the other hand, so is testosterone, and we all know about the necessity of cycling that!

Who says there is a "necessity to cycle" Test? Who says you can't stay on it all year 'round at low doses??

That's true, I was thinking of higher dosages.
