Musclemilk: Good or bad? Lots of fat...

I like muscle milk for a general protien. It has a blend of faster and slower digesting proteins for a more sustained release. I drink it before bed a lot. I have never had any GI probs from it before & dosn't seem to make me fat. Chocolate milk flaver is very good. I also like 100% whey protiens, ( cheap too), but I generally use them post work out.

i think everyone is getting MUSCLE MILK and EVO PRO mixed ....both from same company, both have the same proteins, but EVO-PRO has 0 fat and low carbs....MUSCLE MILK has some fat, carbs and creatine.....the labels on both look alike

read the label bro, the high-fat comes from MCTs

MCT's burn as energy , if anything they should help you LOWER your bodyfat not raise it.

The problem with milk is the sugars. Also whey protein concentrates all have lactose because the filtration process for doesn't get the lactose , calcium caseinate etc...

Bipro or a quad filtered cfm such as vpx zero carb. Also protein factory is a good place for isolates

Edits below here:
I completely missed the title of the thread. It's not about milk but musclemilk. I think musclemilk is a little pricy as I can go to protein factory and create a blend cheaper then a tub of musclemilk. I don't personally put MCT's in my protein mixtures from protein factory as I can use coconut milk on the side as it has many health benefits.

But you do need to watch your caloric intake if your hitting carbs along with fats
