What is the best mass building split? what r u looking for in your workout now and whats that split???? thankx bros...
 
go with your 4 days a week,stic to basics,reps between 6-8,more important count calories and if you are not gaining,raise them,............
 
yeah........ split comes from diet........ not exercise

period.

i would go wtih working bodyparts once a week, five days on two rest, build your exercises around compound movements and keep reps from around 4-8 and make sure to periodize i believe is the most important in exercise, but ofcoures the diet makes the most effect.
