anyone have good advice on muscle tear rehab. Expereinces with GH on rebuilding a nuscle tear? Thanks fo rthe help

I have a buddy who has benefitted greatly from using igf-lr3.
I also keep hearing aflutop, but don't much about it.

Assuming there's no tear in the tendon (in which case you may need surgery, I'm sure your docter let you know) then ice and massage are the best things for it. Rest, eating healthy, and no tobacco/drinking are also high on the list. When you feel you can put some pressure on it, usually about 3-4 weeks, then begin to try to get a full range of motion back as soon as possible. Use whatever exercises you feel works the muscle best. You can train this way up to 5-6 times a day. Start with a broomstick, 5lb. dumbell, whatever,if you have to, and gradually work the weight up. The main thing is not to exceed your comfort zone. Just be patient, I realize these things can seem like they take forever, but realistically you can get yourself back into the picture in about 5-6 weeks if you don't mess yourself up by doing too much too soon. Best of luck, bro.

By the way, I'm not the expert, but I was under the impression aflutop is primarily used for joint pain.

Thanks for the great advice, I really apprciate the help

For those who don't know what Aflutop is it is basically conditioned as an injectable solution, contains in 1 ml solution 10 mg bioactive concentrate. Its been shown to restore chondrocytes homeostasis in damaged tissues,
stimulate regenerative processes at cartilage level, and improve the synovial fluid and the afflicted cartilage quality.

So your answer is undoubtedly, yes. I have some right now because I am training for a strongman competition and I am fearful of injury.

If serious tear I would consult with doctor.

my tear is about h alf way across right pec, bruising went well down my right arm, doc is now saying not serious enough for surgery. I am thinking about asking him opinion in GH it is legal to perscribe for this sort of injury I think? Any thoughts anybody?

I have had a pec tear which healed 110%
and now because of proper training my pecs look bigger and better then before.

there was a small 1/3 of an inch pull of muscle fiber at the sternum, but now because of my new develpoment engulfs that region and I barely notice it

keys for Therapy:

1)Warm up on a cardio machine for 10 minutes NO MATTER WHAT, DO THIS
it elevates core temperature.

2) Do 1-2 key stretches for the body part(s) you will work,
just the basics to prime the muscle.

3) MOST IMPORTANT! do Pyramid sets on the first exercise,
make sure its a compound movement that gets you in the groove.
Sometimes I do 6-8 sets on the first exercise to get full warm up status.

4) DO ISOLATION movements with moderate weight, this not only develops the planes of the muscle but stretches them as well.
