muscle spasms after injections

Anyone else get freaky mini spasms after injecting?? The last 3-4 weeks Ive had noticeable twitching off and on in my hand,thigh,and chest. The chest one freaked me out as it "spazzed" between every 3-10 seconds for about 20 minutes total. I can actually visibly watch my body twitch and it is after injecting,what gives.. On Sust and dbol
