I have always believed that if a muscle was still sore that I shouldn't work it out again until all soreness was gone.
Is this true? I mean, I did deadlifts for the first time Saturday and this is Tuesday and my back is still a little sore but today is also back/bicep day.
Should I go ahead and do my regular workout or skip the back?
