Bros,

I really want to take my body to the next level. Currently I am 210lbs 6'1 always under 10%. I have done cycles hear and there and I met with a friend Butch, who has won Mr. Florida a few times, so my gear protocol is knowledgable. My diet is built with me throw Chirs aka SwoleCat and works wonders for me. My OTC supps are all in line. My only question, which is quite newbie, is on training. My legs, back, delts, chest and arms are in line. I would like advice on what works and what doesn't work for muscles such as abs, forarms and calves. I know genetics play a huge role in calves and forarms but they still must be trained. And i know BF plays a huge role in abd developement but is once per week enough? THanks and K to all.

I find that pull-ups and hanging leg raises work the entire torso cage. Everything. Incorporate windsprints into your training and watch your abs pop out like bricks.

This should prob be in the training section, but... Yeah, I think once a week is fine for abs provided you train them hard. If you want to build up your abs, you must break the muscle down just like any other muscle group.

As for calves. You just have to find what works for you. For me, super heavy weights, with multiple drop sets works best.

do them at least 2 time a week. come one.. just do it you will be glad.
get a plan. a goal. crunches leg raises set ups do em all kill them bitches..
build me a wall. when you do a regualr set up try to touch your chest to your belt line..

i find a good way to really bulk your abs up is to do sit ups with a medicine ball on a decline bench, really gets the muscle pump instead of fatigue feeling

decline bench with weight on your chest and really concentrate on the negative. Nice and slow you want to build the mucle. Most people do abs too fast, but it needs to be isolated and trained slowly. Loosing the fat around them is what will really make them pop.
