Muscle pumps started to hurt

ok, i was doing arms today, before my work out i took 20mg of halo, as i was doing biceps, my arms started to get really tight and started to burn...my veins pushed out of my arms.....it got got so tightmy bicep wouldnt let the weight come all the way up, i could do it, but th tightness would let me....it was like a brick wall......is that good or bad?.....it felt damn good, but hurt more then usual.
 
that's what happens when you lift for teh pumpz.

Get your strength sets in first... pump after, then leave when you can't lift a pink DB.
 
Trust me, your veins aren't going to explode. If you want big arms, train them heavy. I see lots of people training arms, calves, and abs as if they're some mysteriously different muscle group. Heavy, intesne sets = massive arms. And as far as cuts, that's all diet and muscle maturity. Just ask Kevin Levrone.

I train my arms heavy....i love my arms, i love training my arms....i love the pain.....and they hurt like hell right now. as well as my neck, back, and left ass cheak, and tommorrow prob my right ass cheak.....i didnt really think thay would explode, but they started to tingle and numn up....it has happened a couple times, but its alot more intence now....i think it may be the halo, this is my first time w/ halo...im really liking it, but cant sleep, and seem to be anxious.....but the sleep part may be the decca too, not sure....maybe a combination.....and suggestions on these problems?....its containable, been getting about 6 hours of sleep, but i usually get at least 8 hours. Was thinking maybee taking 1/2 a valume every couple days....

good advice....i def need to drink more water, i take a multi mineral every day (mineral rich w/ aloevera), as far as sodium, i havent been keepng track or the intake, but im sure icould cut down on it.

...and UP the potassium. Many popular multi-vitamins geared towards athletes (Animal Pack comes to mind) have marginal amounts of potassium. You'll probably need to get a straight potassium supplement.
 
that's what your after bro...your vein won't pop, at least i don't think. i had a similar experience w/ winny last summer, but w/ my shoulders. got so fuckin pumped and hard i had to quit for the day. i couldn't lift properly they were so jacked. plus it was hot and sunny out, so i flew to the community pool w/ wife and son and let the MILF's dig on my pump...

I have about 20 bottles of every possable supplement, no problem!.....im a partner in a supplament store :)
 
good pottassium advice. I used to get pumps like that on dbol it was out of control. deadlifts were horrible. i'd just drop to my ass after a good set and lay down cause I couldn't stand :)
