Sorry bout that. here it is:
6 scoops muscle milk
12 tbs natty pb
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp immitation vanilla
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
3/4 cup soy milk
1 cup egg whites
1/4cup melted margarine
I first mixed the pb with the eggwhites, margarine and soy milk until it was all mixed together and then added the other ingredients. I baked it on 350 for about 15-20 min. You can take a couple more tbs of pb and mix it with some more margarine and soy milk to create a frosting. Next time I'm goin to use a lot less PB and just use a pb frosting to keep down the fat so i can eat them more throughout the day. 20 grams a fat is a lot for a daytime snack.
