Muscle Milk & Peanut butter Brownies

I made these Muscle Milk and natty pb brownies and they came out pretty good. Each one has 325 calories, 23 grams protein, 15 grams carbs, 20 grams fat (15grams are poly and mono). A great nightime snack!
 
Sorry bout that. here it is:

6 scoops muscle milk
12 tbs natty pb
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp immitation vanilla
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
3/4 cup soy milk
1 cup egg whites
1/4cup melted margarine

I first mixed the pb with the eggwhites, margarine and soy milk until it was all mixed together and then added the other ingredients. I baked it on 350 for about 15-20 min. You can take a couple more tbs of pb and mix it with some more margarine and soy milk to create a frosting. Next time I'm goin to use a lot less PB and just use a pb frosting to keep down the fat so i can eat them more throughout the day. 20 grams a fat is a lot for a daytime snack.

i made them again, but this time didnt put any pb in the mix and instead, just used it as topping to keep the fat down. worked great. they taste a lil bit dry, but i like them more than any protein bar.
