Is Muscle Milk Light (Ready to Drink) considered a dairy/milk product?

I love the vanilla Creme, it is loaded with BCAA's & peptides plus it tasts like a dairy queen shake.

I like the powdered better. I understand the convenience of the ready to drink one but the powered you can add water or no fat milk or add fruits to make a smoothie. In other words it’s more versatile.

Hey , I think milk is good but also a source of fats and carbohydrates as well.Limited quantity is not bad idea.

Who cares for it to be dairy milk product or not just go for it.
