'...Fructose, Maltodextrin...'

if it wasn't for these it'd be a top notch blend, in fact looking at overall ratios I can't fathom why the manufacturers decided to add carbs at all - some metamucil/fiber instead would make much more sense...

Saturated Fat 8 g - my concern

i wonder if i would go on a muscle milk diet?

this summer i was on a myoplex and flaxseed oil meal plan. it works amazing.

Muscle Milk tastes great, not good for cutting. Great for recovery and before bedtime. When I take this stuff before bed I wake up w/ a pump.

I am sure it taste great, but let's all remember those Chef Jay Trioplex bars. If it tastes great, I'm sure it doesn't meet label claims, and personally I would not trust it. Only thing I trust is raw ingredients from whole food to make my own meals. I think someone should test the label claims for Muscle Milk, would be interesting.
