Muscle Milk....all hype?

OK, so I wonder if any of you that have used this are able to share some information. I am looking to gain LMM and lose some BF. I most people say they like the taste, but there is a lot of fat in it. I know they say it is good fat and it actually helps to promote thermogenesis and utilize your fat stores, etc, etc. However, what they say and what is fact can sometimes differ. It has a ton of calories too, so is this supposed to be like a weight gainer or sorts or to help you lose BF and gain LMM or what exactly? I can gain muscle pretty easy with a decent diet and HARD workouts and whey. But the Muscle Milk SEEMS to have a potentially good product. What does the real world application show? Thanks for any help you are able to provide.

Yeah see....even a noob gets it. It's not like I was asking for a source for muscle milk or anything...lol....there are too many know it all on this board and it is starting to get old. I want some info and wasn't getting it on a less viewed part of the forum so I decided to try over here, and apparently that didn't work either. Oh well, lesson learned. And yes I am having a bad day! LOL Sorry to drag you guys into it, I'll just let it go. Ryker, Karma to you man for "getting it" right from day one. You will go far to use your common sense like this.
 
If your looking to lose body fat stick to protein shakes only mixed with water..Stay away from that muscle milk bull shit.

NO, some dairy is good especially nonfat milk and some yogurt. The lean yogurt can really be good for your deigestive system and you get loads of calcium. But that sjus tme. SOme people stay away and so be it. Thanks again!
