Muscle Mania Championships. Are they natural?

I'm watching this right now on ESPN, and some Indonesian guy is talking about he is proud that he is all natural. He looks kinda small, but he does not look "natural" to me.

Is this contest a real natural show? Or does the word "natural" get thrown around at all of them nowadays?

Not for one second do i believe that show is natural,I saw it on the Discovery channel some kinda documentry and there is no way.The so called Pros that were "natural had distended bellies.They may not use anabolics but they at least use Growth Hormone.
